The PTO is excited to launch Konstella, a secure and private communications platform for Roy Cloud families to:
- Get important PTO announcements
- See upcoming events (with calendar syncing)
- Connect with parents in your student’s class
- Sign up for volunteer opportunities
- Access a schoolwide directory of students and families
- Join social groups and committees
- And more!
Our hope is that Konstella will streamline and centralize PTO communications in 2024-25 as we sunset several tools we’ve used over the years, including:
- Thunderbolt e-newsletter and calendar updates
- DirectorySpot school directory
- Signup Genius for volunteer signups
- Classroom management tools like Shutterfly Sharesites
Joining Konstella
- Option 1: At the beginning of the school year, the PTO imports all student/family contact information into Konstella. This means parents who opted in to receive communications from the school will have a user account associated with their email address and just need to register. To do so, please check your inbox for a Konstella email from Roy Cloud PTO Admin.
- Option 2: If you didn’t receive an email invitation or you had previously opted out of receiving communications, you can request to join at https://www.konstella.com/cd/TS3MPT.
- Note: If you are receiving notifications from Konstella and you don’t want to, you will always have an option to unsubscribe from notifications.

Teachers & Konstella
Teacher use of Konstella is purely optional. Only teachers who choose to join will have use of the platform. Unless your teacher has opted in and joined your classroom, you will not be able to interact with them through Konstella.
