The Jog-A-Thon and Color Run is the Roy Cloud PTO’s spring fundraiser. In a typical year, children in grades K-5 run laps around the blacktop to raise money while parents, teachers, administrators, and the rest of the school cheer them on. Grades 6-8, with parental permission, have the opportunity to participate in the Color Run, where children run around the field as volunteer parents toss chalk dust. It’s a day full of support and fun enjoyed by the whole community.
Planning for the 2021 Jog-A-Thon and Color Run has begun. Though this year’s event will not look like previous Jog-A-Thons, the PTO is planning a safe, fun, and exercise-filled event designed to raise money for the school.
